An addition of whipped cream adds a refreshing touch to the silky rich hot chocolate. This slurp-able drink will be gone in minutes before you know it.

Makes: one cup of hot chocolate
1 cup milk
2 ounces milk or semi-sweet chocolate
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
*optional cocoa powder garnish
In a saucepan, heat milk to a simmer. Then add chocolate and stir until smooth. Turn off the heat and add vanilla and salt. Pour into a mug, add whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!
