These are soooo easy to make.They’re perfect for kids and adults!
Makes: 10-20 depending on size of nuggets
1 pound chicken breasts
Dried rosemary (about 1-2 teaspoons)
Soy sauce (the more you put, the saltier the chicken will be)
2-3 cups bread crumbs
Lemon juice (about 1-2 teaspoons)
Black pepper (as much as you want!!)
flour (a cup or so)
Take your chicken and cut in into bite-sized pieces and rub it with meat tenderizer. Then, mix together in a bowl the soy sauce, ground mustard, black pepper, lemon juice, lemon pepper, dried rosemary, and whatever else you want to put in the solution. Marinate your chicken in that solution for a few hours.
Now, you should preheat your oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
Take your eggs, crack them, and put them into a medium sized bowl. Then get a couple handfuls of bread crumbs and put them in a plate. Then, put your flour into a plate as well. Get out your marinated chicken. You should also have some baking pans lined with aluminum foil ready to go.
Now, take a piece of chicken and roll it in the flour. Once it is fully coated, dip it in the egg and then put it in the bread crumbs. When you have enough bread crumbs to cover the surface of the chicken, place it in the baking pan. Repeat this with the remaining pieces of chicken. One tip, don’t overcroud the baking pan or the chicken will not be crispy!
When the oven is done preheating, put your baking pans on the middle rack and bake for about 10-15 minutes. The time depends on your oven so check the chicken every so often so you don’t over or under cook it. So, that’s it for this yummy meal of baked chicken nuggets!
