Makes: 2 pieces of salmon
2 pieces of fresh wild caught salmon (may be expensive, you can use frozen salmon that’s been defrosted as an alternative)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
In a large bowl, mix all of the liquids together. Put in the salmon. Using a pair of tongs, toss the salmon and leave the salmon in to marinate for 10 minutes. The longer you marinate it, the more flavor there will be. CAUTION: If you marinate for too much time, it will get salty!
Then get a baking pan and line it with foil. Place the salmon evenly onto the pan. Put the pan into the oven. Broil on medium heat until turns color. Flip the salmon over and broil again until it is golden brown.
And there you have it! Yummy broiled salmon!
